You can cancel your tour at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a 100% full refund, no questions asked.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are not eligible for a refund, as we begin preparations and arrangements in advance.

Free Rescheduling

You may reschedule your tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour begins.

Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the tour are subject to availability and may incur additional fees or be declined if logistics cannot be adjusted in time.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. In the event of severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain, snow, or storms, we may:
